Precautions for dog bathing in summer

1. Before taking a bath, the coat must be put on so that the tangled hair can be combed to prevent the tangled hair from becoming more serious, especially in the place where the dog is least willing to be combed by others. When combing, in order to reduce and prevent the dog from feeling painful, one hand can hold the root of the hair, and the other hand can comb the hair.

2. The temperature of the bath water should not be too high or too low. Generally, it is most suitable at 36 degrees in spring and summer, and around 37 degrees in autumn and winter.

3. When bathing, be sure to prevent the bath liquid from flowing into the dog's eyes and ears.

4. When flushing, do not let the foam of the bath liquid stay on the dog's body, so as not to irritate the skin and cause dermatitis.

5. Bathing should preferably be done in the morning or at noon. Do not bathe the dog in weather with high air humidity or rainy days.

6. Use pet-specific bath liquid as much as possible, because the pH value of dog skin is different from that of human skin, and the common washing liquid or bath liquid for humans is not suitable for dog skin.

7. After taking a bath, immediately dry the water droplets on the dog with a towel, and then dry it with a hair dryer. Do not put the dog after bathing directly in the sun to dry.
