How to train a golden retriever to stay still

1. Pay attention to the quiet environment during golden retriever training, and the dog owner’s voice should be soft. When you start training golden retriever dogs to learn the skill of "standing", you should train in a relatively quiet environment, so that golden retriever dogs can concentrate. At the same time, the dog owner's face should be expressive, and the voice should be soft and pleasant. If you suddenly stare and push and pull the golden retriever, the dog will think that it has done something wrong, so it cannot concentrate on learning.

2. Let the golden retriever sit in front of the trainer, with the golden retriever's head facing the right elbow and the tail facing the left side of the trainer. Then the trainer grasps the top or side of the dog's collar with his right hand, and at the same time puts his left hand under the dog's belly and attaches it to the hind legs, with the palm facing down, calls the dog's name, and issues the "stand" command (prolonged tone).
