Dogs are fully formed at 50 days of pregnancy. From the first day of mating, dogs will give birth between 58-68 days. At 50 days of pregnancy, owners can touch the dog's abdomen and feel distinct embryos. Owners can regularly check the dog's abdominal pregnancy status to determine the condition, and generally enter the delivery stage around 60 days of pregnancy. Methods for caring for dogs in different stages of pregnancy:

1. The first stage is from 1 to 30 days, during which the newly pregnant mother dog should avoid strenuous exercise to prevent miscarriage. Ensure the normal feeding level of the mother dog, without adding too much meat, eggs, nutrients, and food intake, as the fetus grows slowly and is small in size. If too much food is fed, the nutrients will be absorbed by the mother dog, resulting in her becoming overweight and inactive, which can lead to difficult labor.

2. The second stage is from 30 to 45 days, during which the fetus in the mother dog's abdomen begins to grow. The most direct change you will notice is the increased frequency of urination. If you used to walk the dog once in the morning and once in the evening, you should add one or two more walks per day and increase the amount of exercise appropriately to keep the mother dog healthy. Increase the nutrition with meat, eggs, yogurt, etc., but in small amounts. If the fetus absorbs too much nutrition and grows too fast, it can also lead to difficult labor.

3. The third stage is from 45 to 60 days, during which you can clearly see the mother dog's bulging belly! In the final few days, you can feel the fetus rolling inside the abdomen. Ensure a certain amount of exercise for the mother dog. If she is unable to run, take her for more walks. At this stage, the mother dog is always hungry and can never eat enough! Control the feeding amount, and if you feel tempted to overfeed, you will only harm her! The most important thing is to maintain a balanced diet and regular exercise.
