Treating Peritonitis in Dogs
1. Broad-spectrum antibiotics and sulfa drugs can be used in the early stage to prevent infection. Use penicillin at the rate of 100,000 units per kilogram of body weight, intramuscular injection, twice a day, for three to five consecutive days
