Can adult dogs get parvo

Causes of parvo in dogs:

1. Leftovers. Leftovers are easy to spoil and deteriorate, and they may carry a lot of germs. After eating, it is easy to cause the dog to suffer from microbiosis.

2. The food is greasy. Greasy food can easily damage the dog's gastrointestinal health, cause discomfort, make the dog suffer from vomiting and diarrhea, and increase the risk of developing small lesions.

3. Contact with sick dogs. Parvo is highly contagious among dogs. If a normal dog has contact with a sick dog, it is also very easy to be infected with parvo.

4. The belly catches a cold. After catching a cold, it is easy to have gastrointestinal discomfort and diarrhea, which may induce enteritis in dogs.

5. There is no deworming. If the dog is not dewormed in the body, the stomach will lack antibody immunity, which will allow parasites to multiply and damage the health of the stomach.

6. Pick up food outdoors. Many foods on the outdoor ground are expired and spoiled foods that carry a large number of germs. If dogs pick up food, they are prone to severe vomiting and diarrhea.
