1. Initial symptoms of acute bronchitis, runny nose, dry cough, bronchial sound. With the development of the disease, the general condition deteriorates, the spirit is depressed, the appetite decreases or does not eat, the body temperature rises to 39.54 degrees, and it shows relaxation fever, dyspnea, the number of times increases, the conjunctiva is cyanotic, the eyeballs are sunken, and dehydration.

2. Lung auscultation, lesions, alveolar sounds weakened, crepitus can be heard, and sounds can be heard in healthy parts.

3. Blood changes, total white blood cells and neutrophils increased, and there was a left shift of the nucleus. X-ray examination showed that the lung markings were thickened and there were patchy shadows.

4. Penicillin 50,000 units/kg body weight, streptomycin 30,000 units/kg body weight, dexamethasone 0.1-0.3 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection after mixing, 2 times/day, consecutively for 5-7 days.

5. Tetracycline 10-15 mg/kg body weight, dissolved in 5% glucose, intravenous injection, 2 times/day. Or cephalosporin 56 mg/kg body weight, dexamethasone 0.2 mg/kg body weight, mixed intramuscular injection, 2 times/day.

6. Supportive therapy, 5% glucose saline 15-30 ml/kg body weight, 5% sodium bicarbonate injection 1-2 ml/kg body weight, mixed intravenous infusion.

7. Fatan antitussive, ammonium chloride 50 mg/kg body weight, Kebiqing 2.5 mg/kg body weight, orally 2 times/day. For antiasthma, aminophylline 10-15 mg/kg body weight can be taken orally twice a day.

8. For dyspnea and weak heart, take ephedrine orally. 5-15 mg each time. Aminophylline, 10 mg per kg body weight, overcome or intravenously, once every 8 hours. For hypoxia caused by dyspnea, oxygen inhalation should be given. For anorexia, give intravenous fluids and nutrients.
