Stage 1: The first stage is from 1 to 30 days. Female dogs that have just conceived should avoid strenuous exercise as it can easily lead to miscarriage. The normal feeding level of the female dog should be maintained, without adding too much meat, eggs, nutrients, or food quantity since the fetuses grow slowly and are small in size. If too much food is fed, the nutrients will be absorbed by the mother dog, resulting in excessive weight gain without exercise, which can lead to dystocia.

Stage 2: The second stage is from 30 to 45 days when the fetuses in the dog's abdomen begin to grow. The most direct change you can feel is frequent urination in the female dog. If you used to walk the dog once in the morning and once in the evening, you should increase it by one or two times per day and appropriately increase the amount of exercise to ensure the dog's physical health. Increase the nutrition intake appropriately, such as meat, eggs, yogurt, etc., but in small quantities. If the fetuses absorb too much nutrition and grow too fast, dystocia can also occur.
